Transcendia’s extrusion lines are among the largest and most efficient in the industry. We convert millions of pounds of extruded film annually, and have more than 45 proprietary formulations.

Film extrusion is a method of converting polymers—which we usually receive as pellets—into a continuous, uniform film. Films can be formed through a blown or cast process. After the film is formed, we slit it to your desired width.

Our extruded films include:

  • Barrier Films
  • Polypropylene
  • Polystyrene
  • Polystyrene Sheets
  • Sourced Base Films
  • Synthetic Papers
