Transcendia, a leader in custom engineered materials for critical product components in a wide range of markets and applications announces the appointments of Kim Seeberg as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer and Teresa May to the Board of Directors.
Kim joins the organization with 23 years of experience with global packaging distributor, Veritiv Corporation, where she began her career as an outside sales representative and held roles of increasing responsibility including: National Account Manager, Director of Engineered Materials, VP of Customer Service and VP of Global Sales. Kim’s diverse background includes packaging strategy development; leading design, engineering & testing; national accounts; driving operational efficiencies and implementing disciplined sales strategies and tactics to grow sales and maximize profits.
Teresa is currently the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer at American Woodmark where she also served on the Board of Directors from 2018 – 2020. Teresa has had a long and distinguished career leading commercial organizations in the medical device, manufacturing, commercial, service and retail markets with various companies, including Owens Corning, Stanley Black & Decker, Hu-Friedy, Danaher and Proctor & Gamble.
